Saturday, March 28, 2026
The general public is invited to learn how to customize wellness practices that make sense in their own lives.
High school students participating in the MOSAIC program are helping to coordinate a conference on wellness, called The Great Reset: A "Try-Athalon" Saturday, March 28, at the main campus.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is open to FLCC faculty, staff, students and the general public. Advance tickets cost $25 per person through March 25. Tickets at the door are $35.
The local business Be More than Fit is providing presenters for The Great Reset on customizing nutrition, fitness, stress management and other wellness practices.
MOSAIC is a strategic plan project to promote K-12 partnerships. It provides nine high school students from five districts with opportunities to undertake small projects for local businesses. FLCC students in the kinesiology and human performance program will also participate in the conference.
